New York: Boni and Liveright, 1922. Cloth. Good +/Fair. 346 p. 20 cm. Yellow cloth hardcover in mylar-covered dustjacket. Spine ends softened, one corner worn, a little soiling to cloth. Chips to jacket include top right corner and spine head, both affecting lettering. Jacket is rare in any condition. Light stains on margins of pp. 8-9.
