New York: Harper & Brothers, 1948 This copy is inscribed by Timmons to Ernest Allen, founder of the Fort Worth Symphony, and dated Oct. 4, 1948. It is additionally signed by Amon Carter, who probably made a gift of this copy to Allen for his symphony work. Book is softly bumped on the corners and spine ends. The jacket shows moderate edge wear with heavy fading to the spine. A fascinating association from Amon Carter, one of Fort Worth's greatest supporters. . Signed by Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good +/Very Good.
