The December 1st, 1969 first issue of this important "Gay" newspaper, "America's 1st Gay Weekly". Graphic photos, provocative articles and great local advertisement. Sharp, witty, and wry. Features "Gay Witch" article by Dr. Leo Louis Martello, gay liberation witch in New York. Full frontal gay nudity and explicit language. Moderate edge toning at edges, chipping, price stamp at front, some leaves evenly toned (pulp paper), else clean. Pictorial wraps printed in black and blue. fo. 20pp. Illus. (b/w plates).
