The "three parts" referred to in the title are geographical/statistical data; descriptions of each town and the of the state; and a set to tables (which pleasingly includes the number of cows and the like). (Howes M541; Sabin 47996) Overall, a very presentable copy. Light shelf/edge wear, front hinge tender, joints starting, ownership signatures at front and rear, light even toning throughout, else tight and clean. Brown leather boards, black leather spine label, gilt lettering and decorative elements. 8vo. 218pp; [13 np].
