Cleveland: The World Publishing Co.. Fine. 1966. Facsimile Reprint of the 1624 Edition. Hardcover. 248 pp.; folio; full vellum with cord ties, spine and front cover decoration in gilt. Housed in a clamshell box of blue cloth with paper front cover label reproducing the original engraved title page. Publisher's booklet laid in contains an Historical Introduction by A. L. Rowse and Bibliographical Notes by Robert O. Dougan. Box with a touch of soil. The Generall Historie is partly a compilation of the author's four earlier works: the True Relation (1608), the Map of Virginia (1612), the Description of New England (1616), and New Englands Trials (1620-1622). .
