New York: Macmillan Company, 1943. First American Edition . Hardcover (with Dust Jacket). Very Good. 4to (72 pages; illustrated with black and white drawings). This is a very good copy of the First American edition without dust jacket. The cloth is soiled and frayed at the edges but the binding remains tight. Contents fine.
