Grey colored cloth over boards with gilt text on upper and spine; slight edge wear; minor shelf wear to head and tail of spine. Tan colored dust jacket with red and black colored text on upper, and black colored text on spine; dj clipped but price still showing; slight soiling on lower; 1 1/2"x3/4" piece missing at head of spine on lower; 1/4" tear at head of upper near spine; wrapped in mylar protective cover. Ffep has inked signature, initials and date. Preface by Richard H. Dillon who completed the manuscript for publication and an Introduction by C. D. Shane. Interior pages clean, unmarked; b&w photographs; deckle fore edge. Binding is tight and straight.
