London: C. Daly, 1840. Book. Illus. by George Cruikshank. Good. Hardcover. Undated, c1840. Original red cloth, elaborately lettered and blocked in gilt; all edges gilt. Rebacked with half of original backstrip relaid, endpapers replaced. Frontispiece and title page heavily browned, other plates (with tissue guards) browned on margins, good. Both titles appeared independently in 1830, and were issued together (the link being Cruikshank's illustrations) in 1840..
