London, Printed for John Nichols, and Sold by Elizabeth Newberry, 1797 1st. Hardback, 8.5 x 5 inches. Half bound calf leather to spine and corners, and marbled paper boards. Gilt lettering, banding and decoration to spine, with red speckled page edges. Plain endpapers. In very good condition. In later fine binding. (Newport library, with bookplate to front) Stamp to title page. Some occasional minor foxing spots and handling marks. Some minor offsetting to plates. Else an excellent clean and tight copy. Begins at page 266 - 1158pp. (895pp. Including Titles.) Illustrated with 24 B&W engraved plates, some fold-out.
