Has the "Collector's Notes" and unused bookplate. The cover and book are in near fine condition. Pages are crisp and clean, not torn and the corners are not bent. Spine is tight. Satin ribbon is in near fine condition. Nonsmoking. New copies of the book sell for approximately $300.00. Proceeds from the sale of this book are donated to our local library.
