Indexed bw photo plates, ports. including frontis. Prev owner bookplate to ffep. Dark blue cloth w gold lettering to spine. Light shelf wear. Binding square and sound. Illustrated DJ showing small wear to corners, 2cm vertical tear to top back edge. DJ preserved now in BroDart cover. Octavo. The elusive German raider's incredible adventures until sunk by H.M.S. Cornwall, written with the co-operation of survivors, including Lieutenant Helmut Hanefeld, Assistant Ship's Surgeon Dr. Hasselmann, and Chief Quartermaster Ernst Neumeister.
