London: George G. Harrap & Co., Ltd., 1960. First edition. Author's fourth book, and the first 'Commander Shaw' novel. A Fine tight, bright copy; no previous ownership markings or book-plate. In a price-clipped VG+ dustwrapper which has two 1 inch closed tears at head of spine and three other 1/4 inch tears at edges. Apart from the price-clip, the dustwrapper is 100% complete, and very bright and clean, with stunning pictorial artwork on the front panel and spine strip. An excellent copy of a scarce book..
