Pseudonym of John Creasey. 185 pp has blue tinted top edge and roughcut edge. Text is crisp, clean, and unmarked. No prior owner attribution. Not an ex-library copy. DJ has lightly sunned spine and minor soiling on back. A George Gideon of Scotland Yard mystery. Gideon and his men are faced with protecting models from Paris, jewels and furs all aboard a flotilla of boats traveling on the Thames River during a festival. Meanwhile a young girl vanishes and a man is assaulted taxing Scotland Yard's resources.
