Dodd, Mead & Company, 1979. First Printing 1979 Reissue. Decorative Boards. Near Fine/Near Fine in Archival Plastic. A very nice copy of the First Printing of the 1979 Reissue. Originally published in 1966 by Simon & Schuster. New edition subsequent to the promotional paperback edition issued at the American Booksellers convention. States "Reissued 1979/First Printing." [Toledano, A21f.] Measures 6 3/4" high x 7 1/8" wide. In fine condition but for light touches of wear on the cover edges and a pinprick dot on the upper page edge. The dustjacket is complete with the original price ($5.95) and is in fine condition but for the very lightest touches of wear at the edges. A nice copy.
