Very Good. 12mo - over 6. 118pp, not price clipped, no inscriptions, fold out family trees undamaged Slight rubbing to edges of wrapper especially upper edge, no fading or loss, wrapper now in clear protective sleeve. Text is in very good condition with no marks or turned over corners but slight spotting. Overall a nice condition copy.
