Very good. <p>Uncorrected proof.<p>Paula Span's review copy with the publisher's slip laid in and with a typed letter to Span from Pantheon Books, responding to Span's request for copies of other books by Dave Marsh. This review copy contains profuse ink notes and markings made by Span, with several page corners turned down.<p>Journalist Paula Span spent much of her career as a New York-based correspondent for The Washington Post and The Washington Post Magazine. She wrote extensively about the arts and culture as well as the finance industry and urban life and development.
