The Reilly & Lee Co., 1927. First edition, first printing. Very good in fair to good dust jacket. Text block tight and internally bright and clean, with a 3" closed tear to the lower portion of p. 97. Spine tips pressed, light wear and toning to board edges and corners, light bump to upper front corner, and small nick to rear board. Illustrated cover label clean and bright. Numerous short edge tears to dust jacket, with moderate to severe chipping to spine tips and corners, most notably a half-inch chip missing from upper spine removing "The" from the title, with general toning and soiling across all panels. In mylar cover.. Green cloth with illustrated cover label. Dust jacket lists to "The Yellow Knight of Oz" (1930).
