About This Item

Washington DC: Christianform, 1954. Newsletter. 5p., 8.5x11 inch mimeographed newsletter, minor toning. This issue's headline story is "Communism in Hawaii" by Paul Crouch, founder of the Federation of Former Communists. This Christian conservative organization was later revealed to have received CIA funding; unknown if the support had begun yet by this point. A biographical blurb about Paul Crouch on page 4 says that he was a leader in the Communist Party from 1925 to 1942 and had organized the Hawaiian Communist League.
