Stiff black paper wraps, gilt lettering on front cover, 12 mo, xvi, 225 pp. Owners name ffep, underlining (pencil) in text. Binding solid. Front cover missing about 1/2" at top, chipping with 1/4" loss top and bottom of spine, 2" crack bottom front hinge. "Given in Sanders Theatre, Cambridge, March 22, 1900, by the Irving Place Theatre Company...". Text in German with page opposite giving the English translation. Book condition Good+.
