Fair. Signed by both Yukon and Dexter on title page. Back cover has some small stains and a taped [from inside] repair to bottom edge. Small [large pinhead] stain inside front cover. Crease on front cover through the "By", and color loss on front hinge. Otherwise, a generally clean sound copy with a bit of storage warp.
