About This Item

London: Tom Stacey, 1972. A typically bizarre and thrilling mystery from the pen of Sax Rohmer. Dr. Keppel Stuart meets and then autopsies Gaston Max, a French detective, all in the same evening. Dust jacket has a bit of edge rubbing but is in lovely clean condition. Not price clipped. There is a wee piece of non yellowing adhesive tape holding the flap of the back bottom dustjacket to itself (likely to prevent it from slipping when reading the book). No former owner's name. Text is unmarked.. HC and DJ. V. Good/V. Good.
