Back dust flap states, " Buy U.S. Savings Stamps and War Bonds". 1945 Edition with First Printing on copyright page. Front flap states, This edition specially bound in cloth $1.50". Sticker Price on cover is 2.45. No writing inside. Songs listed on flaps. Illustrated end papers discolored from age. Dust jacket has a closed tear about 3/4" at top and bottom. The top and bottom edges and corners have wear and some fraying with a tiny piece missing by bottom spine. Some soiling on jacket and first song photographed. Illustrations are in black & white and some in color. The dust jacket is somewhat wavy. No smells or signs of water damage. Publisher location at The Rockefeller Center, NY. The last song is The Star-Spangled Banner with the American Flag illustrated in color. A children's book from World War II.
