Toronto: Macmillan. Very Good in Good dust jacket. 1959. Second Printing. Hardcover. 147 p. 21.5 cm. Sound and square binding in orange, cloth-covered boards. Two top corner tips are lightly bumped. Minor soil. Gift inscription on front free endpaper. Inside pages are clean and unmarked. Dustjacket has edge wear, heaviest at the corners and spine ends and with some loss of paper and color at these areas. Where the series name usually appears on the spine has faded to white, and it's hard to believe there was ever any printing there. Soft creases on the flaps. Light overall soil. Not price clipped. The fifth of the Great Stories of Canada series for children. This one tells the story of the Klondike Gold Rush and was written by well known Canadian author and television personality Pierre Berton. Great Stories of Canada 5 .
