Very Good Plus/none. 1901, First Edition, notes and impressions on a journey through Ireland, Scotland and England Book is Very Good Plus or better, bright and clean publisher's maroon cloth, bright gilt title to front board with river/nature photograph framed in gilt on front board, floral gilt decoration, spine bright as well with light wear to head and heel, top edge gilt, previous owner bookplate on front pastedown along with a black felt pen number. some play in the front board. text and plates fine, 161 pages nicely illustrated with 65 plates from photographs and ill lustrations. frontispiece A nice copy protected in a custom mylar sleeve.
