With the title page, half-title, and chapter leaves printed in black. Quarter black cloth, black paper over boards. White titles to spine. With the photographic dust-jacket priced at $25 to front flap. Some minor bumping to fore edge and jacket backstrip. Otherwise fine, as-new. The twisted, psychological thriller later adapted by David Fincher into the successful 2014 feature starring Ben Affleck and Rosamund Pike. Author Gillian Flynn was the winner of the Ian Fleming Steel Dagger, for her 2007 novel Sharp Objects.

Synopsis

Gone Girl is a thriller novel written by Gillian Flynn, that follows the disappearance of the character Amy and slowly unweaves into a conflicting, psychological story through the eyes of two characters.  Gone Girl , was an international sensation that spent more than eighty-five weeks on the New York Times bestseller list. Gillian Flynn, an American author born in Kansas City, Missouri, is a former writer and critic for  Entertainment Weekly.  Flynn has written three novels,  Sharp Objects,   Dark Places , and  Gone Girl , all of which have been adapted for film or television.
