About This Item
New York: Dutton, (1980). First edition. His only work of science fiction. A sequel of sorts to THE BRAVE COWBOY (1956) in that it includes the character Jack Burns who, along with others, is trying to make his way in an America in which the economy and government have collapsed. Crisp and nearly fine in bright, very good to near fine dust jacket with creasing along top edge rear panel, few short tears internally repaired with archival tape and some foxing to verso (not visible from front).
