Compilation of materials from The Ornamental Arts of Japan (1882), A Grammar of Japanese Ornament and Design (1880) and Estoffes de Soie du Japan (1900). 248pp plus 37 colour plates and many drawings throughout in colour and black and white. Gilt lettering to spine, red endpapers. Some bumping to spine, edges and corners and slight marking to fore-edges, otherwise very good clean copy with no inscriptions. Unclipped DJ has minor internal marking, otherwise very good. VERY HEAVY BOOK, additional postage will be required..
