Ernest Nister, London., 1906 Book size about 4 1/2 by 5 1/2 inches with some 84 pages. Bound in illustrated paper covered boards with gilt lettering. Illustrated end papers (Same for front and rear). Illustrated throughout with numerous images in color and black/white--both full page and in-text by A A Dixon. Several of the illustrations are dated 1906 but there is no date on either the title or copyright page. Very scarce title by this noted gift book author. In the original glassine dust wrapper. Book with light wear most noticeable as rubbing at the tips. Wrapper with light edge wear; darkening to the glassine.
