Text is clean and unmarked, binding is tight, some tanning of pages due to age. Cover is clean and shows little signs of wear, all staples in place no loose pages. This is typewritten mimeographed text of tricks for magicians. Grant was well known magic dealer, from the 1920ies onward. He was an improviser, inventor and sometimes used the pseudonym "Frank Zella. This booklet contains 20 of what he considered the best tricks.
