New York, New York, U.S.A.: The MacMillan Company, 1969. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good+/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 1st Edn., 1st Ptg. Bright and crisp copy with previous owner's name on inside of front cover and occasional text underlining. Gilt and red print on spine is bright and clear. Slight corner and spine end wear. Dust jacket has some edgewear with light chipping on corners and spine ends. At top of rear hinge on dust jacket there is a 1" long tear with a small triangular chip. Now in protective cover.
