London: Macmillan and Co., Limited, 1904.. 8vo. xviii, (iv), 401, (402-406), 407-639, (1) pp. Contemporary dark olive half morocco for William Brown of Edinburgh, marbled boards, spine with raised bands, gilt lettered direct to one panel and with simple gilt device repeated to the others, marbled endpapers, top edge gilt. Some mostly light wear to the extremities, very good overall.
