What a difference sixty years can make. It looked to the author, writing in 1933, that the Russian Revolution, so strongly entrenched, was fixed and unstoppable, at least inside the Soviet Union. He realized that a world revolution, which is what the Soviets had in mind, had failed, but predicted that should war break out, anything was possible, even the extermination of all communists and all capitalists..
