Light reading and handling wear.. 1 Brown vinyl material over spine with off-white buckram cloth over boards. Jacket in red, white, blue. 799 p. 24 cm. Each story is formatted with a red title, the author's name and country (mostly American and British), a bold facsimile author signature, and the text following with a red drop cap. Nine of the selected stories have been condensed because of their length, as listed on copyright page. Text is readable and well-spaced between lines. Biographical Notes are near the book's end, alphabetically. The order of the titles seems random but titles are easily found using the Contents list. The durable volume is of higher quality materials, well-bound, with a serviceable light protective jacket.
