New York: Oxford, 1937. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Bound in bluegreen cloth with gilt lettering to spine. Black and white vingettes and plates. Light wear to outer corners and to head and heel of spine, with usual age darkening to pages and outer edges somewhat soiled. Dustjacket is worn at outer edges, with paper loss to front flap foldover, head and heel of spine panel. Chip to upper edge rear panel. Some scuffing along spine panel edges. Age darkening and dustsoil. Two small stains to front panel.
