About This Item

From front dust jacket flap: This book is about 50 railway train disasters that have happened all over the world, including the United States, Germany, England, France, Japan, Soviet Union, and more. The time period is from 1906-1993. There are over 100 photographs, many in black and white, some in color, each with captions. Each disaster is discussed, accidents brought by: collision, human error, structural failure, or natural disasters.

Book condition: Very Good. I would have rated it "Fine" except there is a dark yellow stain on back side of front end paper and opposite page. Otherwise the books is clean and tight. Please see photos.

Dust Jacket condition: Very Good-. There is some bumping, slight edge/corner wear, and there is a closed tear at both the top and bottom of the spine. Please see photos.

96 pages including Index. Photographic credits are at the front of the book.
