South Brunswick and New York: A. S. Barnes and Company, 1977. Hardcover. SIGNED. 71pp. Octavo [21.5 cm] Light gray cloth-effect paper over boards with a white ink stamped title on the spine. The book is in near fine condition. In a very good dust jacket, with subtle age-toning and rubbing. The paper at the head of the jacket's spine is creased, and has a couple of short closed tears. Signed by the author on the front free endsheet. The Man in the Green Chair, Eaton's sixth collection of poetry, won the Alice di Castagnola Award of $3,500.
