Light cover soil. No Jacket (as published). Exhibition at University Gallery, University of Minnesota and first published by them. H & M simply pasted their publishers labels on the title and copyright pages of the Minnesota edition. For this hardcover edition, H&M had the Minnesota contents bound in blue cloth and mounted the illustrated front cover from the softcover edition.
