New York: Holmes & Meier, 1980. Hardcover. Near Fine. Illustrated in black & white, 93p. Original blue cloth. Illustrated from cover from wrappered edition mounted on front cover. 26cm. Light cover soil. No Jacket (as published). Exhibition at University Gallery, University of Minnesota and first published by them. H & M simply pasted their publishers labels on the title and copyright pages of the Minnesota edition. For this hardcover edition, H&M had the Minnesota contents bound in blue cloth and mounted the illustrated front cover from the softcover edition.
