London, Croom Helm Ltd., 1979 1st. Hardback, approx 9 x 6 inches. In fine leather binding, half bound with red morocco leather to spine and marbled paper to boards. Gilt lettering to spine with decorative banding to ends. Plain endpapers. In very good near fine condition. Some fading to leather on spine Some minor rubbing to corners and edges of paper on boards. Small bump to top edge of leather and paper. Small previous owner bookplate to endpaper “Davis Smith Hall.” Else pages all very clean, bright and tight throughout. 168pp. Illustrated with 16 colour photos (on 8 plates) and many B&W figures and diagrams within text.
