[...] The design of this publication is two fold; first, to place upon record, in a respectable form, the history of the proceedings connected with that interesting Congress; and secondly, to preserve and perpetuate the admirable compositions there produced -- the genuine effusions of the native Awen. <br><br>CONDITION: Shows overall shelf wear, light soiling and foxing throughout. Some pages are uncut at the head. Even still, this little book holds a special, magical feeling about it. Free from marginalia or annotation with the exception of a previous owner's name written at the top corner of the front flyleaf in blue ink, and an ex libre bookplate affixed to the pastedown, dated 1921.
