At the end of the text the last two pages [72 & 73] are unnumbered. There are discontinuous black horizontal lines near the top of the book covers. A small segment of the dust jacket is missing at the top of the spine. Gilt lettering on red cloth covered covers in a red & blue pictorial dust jacket. 8vo, 73pp.
