Harry R. Palmer, 1900. First Edition. Trade Paperback. 3 page report with 2 carbon copies. Report describes the property of 28,040 acres and its potential for crop raising, timber harvesting, grazing, and water. Mr. Howard Anderson, Harry R. Palmer and J. V. McConnell have an option for purchase and offer the property at $2.00/acre. Page 3 presents an estimate of income and expenses, showing a net profit of $110,000.00 in 3 years. The poroperty was purchased by Edwin Gould, son of Jay Gould, who with Edwin and George invested in Mexican railroads and telegraph and telephone services. In 1901 F. G. Oxrheer bought the property from Edwin. First edition (first printing). Very good copy with paper tanned. Previously folded.
