Bound in off-white bukram with gilt type on cover and spine, with illustrated end papers. Inside and outside all in As New condition. Paper cover, covered in plastic sleeve, has small tear and chip on spine and shows other signs of wear. Printedby the Stinehour Press on Mohawk Super Fine paper supplied by the Pratt Paper Company; Cartouches & title engraving drawn by Stephen Harvard. The planning, production, and design of the book were supervised by the Design Associates of David R. Godine. A stunning book. May require extra postage due to weight. .
