This must have been a presentation copy, as it's signed and dated at Christmas time 1985, the year of publication. This copy is clean and tight, with no wear. The jacket is housed in a plastic sleeve, it has wonderful strong color and no nicks or tears. A excellent display of McCall's remarkable homes.
