Szeged, Grafikabaratok Kiadasa, 1936. Gr.8°, 2 Bl (Text), 10 Original-Radierungen, HLwd-Flügelmappe mit losen Blättern, Mappe fleckig, Radierungen minimal stockfleckig, schönes Exemplar. Nr 49 von 55 Exemplaren. Im Impressum num. u. signiert.Ausserdem jede Radierungen num. u. signiert.- Endre Vadász (1901-1944) ungarischer Künstler und Exlilibrisgrafiker, aufgewachsen in Szeged als Sohn eines kathol. Getreidehändles und dessen jüdischer Frau. Studium an der Ungarische Akademie der Bildenden Künste, Budapest, bei Oszkár Glatz, István Zádor und Viktor Olgyai. 1929 Studienaufenthalt in Paris. In gleichem Jahr gewann Vadasz den 1. Preis an der Weltausstellung in Barcelona. 1936 Umzug nach Budapest. Nahm an zahlreichen Ausstellungen teil und gewann zahlreiche Preise. Im Jahr 1937 organisierte die Tamás Gallery eine Sammlungsausstellung seiner Werke. Vadasz war berühmt für seine Radierungen, Holz- und Linoleumabschnitte, machte aber auch Tempera- und Ölgemälde. Im Jahr 1937 veröffentlichte Artur Elek eine Studie mit dem Titel "The Newer Hungarian Graphic Art" in "Hungarian Art", in der er die Kunst von Endre Vadász hervorhob. Mehrere Danch ershciene noch mehrere Mappenwerke.Anfang 1940 nahm er an der Ausstellung "Für ungarische Kunst" die vom Reichsverweser Miklós Horthy eröffnet wurde.Als er am 3. In the event of a well-founded claim, the merchandise can be returned upon consultation within 14 days. If the claim turns out to be unsubstantiated, or the damage is the result from improper handling by the customer etc., all the costs are charged to the customer. Returns are only accepted with the invoice enclosed. Damages during shipment have to be notified within 48 hours. Otherwise the refund expires. Return upon dissatisfaction is excluded.

We are subject only to Swiss law. Place of venue is Zurich.
