London: Hardwicke & Bogue., 1877. Decorative Cloth. Good. Tuffen West. Pages; XX, 130 + 20 page publisher's catalogue. Contains 8 sheets of plates + colour frontispiece + black and white illustrations in the text (plates complete). Red cloth binding, marking and fading to the cloth. Cloth split at the top half of the front spine edge, the hinges and the binding are secure. The text is comjplete, toning and some marking to the pages, browning to the plates. Possible connection to H. G. Wells., comes with a letter from the previous owner outlining a possible connection, with inscriptions and markings on the front endpapers. Size: 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall
