Rubbed spine ends, shelf number. Mild stains on covers. Top corner bumped, other corners lightly rubbed. Lender's stamp on title and first pages. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. 12mo. Study of the mottoes inscribed on scrolls either beneath a coat-of-arms or above a crest. Reprinted from the original 1860 edition.
