Part II: [3], iv, 1221 pages, [2]. Illustrated. Green cloth hardcovers ruled in blind on the covers. Gilt lettered titles and illustrations on the spines. Cloth is lightly edge worn both volumes. Front hinge volume 1 is cracked. Former institutional small circle stamp with an X located on the right front flyleaf. No other institutional markings in volume 1. Volume 2 has a stamped name of Fred Mende on the front paste down. The interior contents and map are in very good condition.
