About This Item
No Place: No Publisher. Unbound. Good. Handwritten Paper describing land sold. No place or date, perhaps late 1700s, early 1800s. Single sheet, written on one side only, 5 ½ by 7 ½ inches. A handwritten description of a parcel of land apparently sold to someone with perhaps the first name of Eliahim (last name illegible). The name Wilterton Merrell appears at the end of this piece, with the names Joseph Water and William Baker mentioned in the description of the location and size of the parcel of land. James Mitchel written on the rear of the document. Perhaps from the Connecticut area (based on the Wilterton Merrell name). GOOD condition. Some toning, wrinkling and creasing, with minor spotting and soiling.
