First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. first edition book is tight with no markings, some seperation of paper along the hinge of half title page, previous owners bookplate on second page, short inscription and previous owners name on half title page, small tear along hinge of bottom of half title page, gift inscription on fourth page, date written along top of ffep in rear of book, page edges have some tanning and soiling, boards have heavy soiling and rubbing, board edges have rubbing and bumping with considerable fraying, number on spine probably part of someones private library, heavy fading to boards, cloth seperation at head and tail.
