Oversized hardcover without dust jacket, 237 pages including many black-and-white photograph throughout (on every page);---text in German;---laid in is what appears to be an original 25x30 cm photograph of the author with two horses;---very gently used, only very light shelf and reading wear, tight in binding, tiny bookplate inside front cover designed by previous owner (Dutch-Canadian silhouette artist and graphic designer Hans-Detlev Voss who still lived and worked in The Netherlands during the 1930s/1940s; this is his personal copy acquired from his estate) and his tiny ink numeral inside back cover, some light foxing to covers and endpapers, interior otherwise very clean and unmarked, pages remarkably fresh and white.
